Honesty

If we can't help you.. we will let you know.. It's important that you understand that not every project "fits". It may be budget, it maybe timing, it maybe be cultural, it may just be bad luck, it may even be that we don't think that we can give you what you need.. If that happens we will usually direct you to somewhere or something that we think may help.

Be Nice and Be Professional

Life is nothing if not interesting and above all people want to be nice to other people. It's a small world and we will always try to be nice to you. What does that mean? Well see above.. We will tell you the truth, and we expect you to tell us the truth. We expect people to act reasonably, and we expect that we'll work again in the future, or at least keep in touch.. (we pride ourselves on the great relationships we have with our clients ('partners'), people that refer other clients to us, and we all share good knowledge ideas and help each other succeed. No we're not idealist, just we've been around long enough to know that professionalism is best when it is coupled with honesty and being nice. (Yes we used to work in Investment Banking and still have clients there)

Have Fun and Be Bold

There is no point aiming for something that isn't really what you want, it won't inspire you, it won't produce great design and from our experience it won't work.. So tell us what you really want to do, and let us worry about the how..

Trust the process

The first steps is get the foundations right, once you've done that the magic happens. But as in any building project, foundations take time to build, and aren't always the attractive piece (usually concrete layers and steel)

Cost & Time

Cost and Time are not linked as many people think, but sometimes they are. Also more cost and more time doesn't always = better. So .. some ball park figures, we can do a simple drupal theme for somewhere around £500. We can do a more complex and personalised theme for somewhere around £1000. We can build you something that will knock your socks off for £3000+. If you're budget doesn't stretch to £500, then get in touch, let us know what budget you have and maybe if you're lucky will pull a rabbit out of the habit. See above..
